Christmas Day || Dec. 25th, 2025

AS WE GATHER Christmas Day is often seen as an extra Christmas service. While more may attend the Christmas Eve services, Christmas Day is the principal liturgy celebrating our Lord's birth. More than announcing the birth, the lessons, liturgy and hymns interpret what has taken place in the manger of Bethlehem. We hear a different version of the Christmas story from St. John's gospel -- one which focuses more on the meaning behind what took place than on the details.
