COVID-19 Vaccination Mandate Information

Earlier this fall, President Biden proposed a mandate that employers with 100 or more workers must require COVID-19 vaccinations of all their employees, or if they are not vaccinated, to pass a COVID-19 test each week. On November 4, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) issued a 490-page Emergency Temporary Standard, which would put this proposal into effect starting on January 4, 2022.
