Minikit Guide is for level 3 in Episode 2, Power Crazed Penguin Heroes Mode, Under the City, just like level 1 in LEGO Batman 3 Beyond Gotham, Persuers in the Sewers You will need quite a few characters for this level at those people are: Mind Controlling Character: The Riddler, Complete The Riddler Makes a Withdrawal, Mad Hatter 35,000 studs after Joker's Home Turk and The Scarecrow, Complete The Joker's Masterpiece The Joker: Complete A Surprise for the Commissioner Super Strength/Toxic Waste Character: Bane, Complete Rockin' the Docks, Mr. Freeze Complete On the Rocks. I suggest Bane. You can get 2 out of 10 minikits, save the citizen and the red brick if you can believe it but that's really difficult so instead of wasting 20 minutes pushing the boat, wait until free play.
