KIHON IPPON KUMITE - JODAN

This is the set of kihon ippon kumite - jodan. one step sparring jodan(upper -face/neck) punch. 🥋🥋 *** I used these techniques :- 1. step back zenkutsu dachi jodan age uke - gyaku zuki. 2. step back (right 45°) kokutsu dachi kaisu haiwan uke - gyaku shuto uchi zenkutsu dachi. 3. step back jodan juji uke - mawashi geri with ball of foot - uchiro unpi uchi zenkutsu dachi. 4. step back (left 45°) heisoku dachi haiwan uke(forearm block) - kizami yoko kiagi - yoko enpi uchi kiba dachi. 5. step back zenkutsu dachi jodan juji uke - mae geri (chudan) - age enpi uchi (jodan). ***You can use another karate techniques too for block and counter attack in kihon ippon kumite. There is no rule for using any particular techniques in karate traditional kumite sets.
