Omron Evolv Pairing issues -SOLVED

You need a mobile device that can use the Omron Connect app. In this video I connect the Omron Evolv to my iPhone 8. The first time I had pairing issues. It showed that the Omron Evolv was connected in the Bluetooth settings on the iPhone, but did not show it was connected on the Omron Connect app. I tried several times. I ordered mine on Amazon and saw that other customers also had connection issues.
