Select Your Frame: Play your timeline and pause on the desired frame (spacebar). 2. Add Freeze Frame: Go to 'Edit' 'Add Freeze Frame' (4-second default). 3. Add Sound Effect: Search 'record player scratching' in sound effects. Drag it between the freeze frame and normal clip. 4.
