Maja blanca is a Filipino dessert made primarily from coconut milk. Also known as coconut pudding, it is usually served during fiestas and during the holidays, especially Christmas. (MAJA BLANCA WITHOUT GATA) Ingredients: 3 cups Cornstarch 9 cups Water 1 can Condense Milk 1 can Evaporated Milk 1 can Whole Kernel Corn 5 cups White Sugar 1/8 Slice Eden Cheese Grated Cheese l(for Toppings) You can also add crushed peanuts or raisins.
