🇮🇩 Indonesia disaster: Devastated areas may be made mass graves | Al Jazeera English

Rescue operations in Indonesia's Sulawesi Island have been slow and difficult. Heavy machinery cannot move in areas where the strength of the earthquake transformed hard ground into mud and the government is ending the operation. More than 1,600 people are confirmed dead and there are growing concerns about the outbreak of disease. The government says it plans to erect a national monument on the site to remember the disaster.
