Today you'll learn how to remain calmer in moments of fear and panic. When fear overwhelms you, it helps to simply notice and accept the physical symptoms and disturbing thoughts. Your body and mind are programmed to regulate themselves—you just need to let go and find trust. I'll explain how to calm your "amygdala," the part of your brain responsible for fear responses. By allowing this response to simply be present without escape or distraction, your brain learns that the situation is safe. Each time you practice this technique, your mind will be able to respond to moments of fear in a more relaxed manner in the long run. Save this video and listen to it again and again whenever fear arises. ________ · · · Join this year's Mindful Advent Calendar - for €0 🎅🏽☃️🎄: https://achts.am/uhGn7 ► Follow me on... ✨ Instagram: @peterbeercoaching ✨ Facebook: @peterBeer.Coaching ✨ Website: https://www.peter-beer.de
