Texture and color match very well to stock piece. Had to reuse the stock piece's metal clips, which you have to be careful when removing as they can break easily. If you take your time you can get them off the old and put them on the new. leaves plenty of room behind the panel for wires which makes that easy. I think it looks great, and I'm very happy with it, especially for such a low cost.
