Boil keema with salt, turmeric, and a little water until completely dry. Let it cool. 2. Grind the cooked keema with boiled chana dal to a coarse paste. 3. Add onions, green chilies, herbs, spices, ginger garlic paste, and 1 beaten egg. Mix well. 4. Shape into cutlets and coat with breadcrumbs. 5. Shallow fry on medium flame until golden and crispy. 6.
