That’s why I created the exam environment at home. I practiced writing under timed conditions with strict rules. This made the actual exam feel like just another practice session. 2️⃣ The Breathing Technique During the exam, if you feel stressed or experience anxiety: ✔️ Put your pen down for a moment. ✔️ Close your eyes and take deep breaths. ✔️ Do this 3-4 times, and your brain will relax.
