CHICKEN TENDERS MARINADE: 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 tbsp Sesame Oil 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp Soy Sauce 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar Juice of one lemon 2 tbsp honey 1/4 cup water WHISK TOGETHER THEN ADD DRY INGREDIENTS 2 tbsp Brown Sugar 2 tsp paprika 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper 2 tsp salt 2 tsp pepper 2 tsp garlic salt Mix well then add chicken tenders to a gallon size sealable bag and pour marinade over them. Seal bag and massage the chicken to make sure it's all coated well. Chill in refrigerator for a couple of hours. CHICKEN WINGS DRY RUB: Enough Canola Oil to coat wings Mix together in a separate bowl: 3 tbsp brown sugar 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp salt 1 tsp pepper 1 tsp chili powder 1 tsp smoked paprika 1/4 tsp ginger 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper 1/4 tsp cumin Sprinkle the mixture over the wings and massage with your hands to make sure they are fully coated. CUCUMBER TOMATO SALAD: 1 cucumber sliced 2 tomatoes chopped 1/4 red onion, chopped 1/4 cup red wine vinegar 2 tsp sugar 1 tsp Nature's Seasons Mix all together in medium size bowl and cover.
