The Easiest Way to make Hollandaise - (technique in description)

Whether you're making Eggs Benedict or simply looking to add some flavor to your morning meal, this sauce is the perfect way to do it. With just a few simple steps, you can make a restaurant-quality hollandaise sauce. Ingredients: ● 4 egg yolks ● 2 Tbsp lemon juice ● ¼ tsp sea salt ● ⅛ tsp cayenne pepper ● ½ cup grass-fed butter, melted   Instructions: 1. Add the egg yolks, lemon juice, salt and cayenne pepper to a measuring cup or beaker (safe for using an immersion blender) and blend with an immersion blender until combined. 2. While still blending, gradually pour in the melted butter. Blend until it’s smooth and emulsified. Enjoy! Notes: Best enjoyed right away but can be refrigerated for up to five days. To reheat, pour the sauce into a saucepan and heat it over low heat. Continuously stir for even reheating. You also don’t want to cook the eggs! Add some water to thin it out a bit too.   If you don’t have an immersion blender, use a high-powered blender. 📝This Recipe on IG:   / cpu_uvbj_nl   For more healthy recipes visit - https://www.rily.co/ Subscribe to Rily - https://tinyurl.com/mrx53728 Follow on Instagram - https://tinyurl.com/2p9c9j3z
