#TodayGospelReading #GospelReadingforToday #HolyMassReadings #HolyMassGospel Today’s Catholic Mass Readings and Gospel Reflection – Sunday, January 25, 2026 Third Sunday in Ordinary Time — Year A First Reading: Isaiah 8:23–9:3 Responsorial Psalm: Psalm 27:1, 4, 13–14 Second Reading: 1 Corinthians 1:10–13, 17 Gospel Reading: Matthew 4:12–23 Theme: Is Christ Divided? Why All These Dissensions Among Christians? Reflectio Today, the Church calls us to reflect on unity in Christ. Isaiah announces the light that breaks through darkness, revealing God’s presence even in the most troubled times. Paul warns the Corinthians against divisions, reminding them that allegiance to leaders cannot replace allegiance to Christ Himself. In the Gospel, Jesus begins His ministry, calling ordinary fishermen to follow Him, showing that God’s mission is for all and meant to bring people together. We are invited to live in this unity, letting Christ guide our words, actions, and communities. Copyright © 2023 My Catholic Life! Inc. All rights reserved. Used with permission.
