#besanbarfi #avfoodvlog #indiandessert Besan Barfi 250gm Gram Flour (Besan) 100gm Grinded Sugar (Pissi hui Chinni) 150gm Clarified Butter (Desi Ghee) On Low Flame, Add Clarified Butter (Desi Ghee) in a pan. Add Gram Flour in it at roast untill it turn very light brown and emits a fine fragrance of Gram Flour. (Stir it continuously. Don’t stop in between) We will observe that Gram Flour will observe clarified butter first and then slowly it start eliminating it. Add Finely Grinded Sugar in this. Add again cook until sugar observe completely in it. Apply little oil in a bowl and put this mixture and leave it for minimum 2 hours. So that it turns solid state. Now cut the dough into pieces.
