✨ Ingredients: Beef boneless – ½ kg (small cubes) Yogurt – ½ cup Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp Shan seeks kabab masala _2 tsp Red chili powder – 1 tsp Turmeric – ¼ tsp Coriander powder – 1 tsp Cumin powder – 1 tsp Garam masala – ½ tsp Salt – to taste Oil / ghee – 2 tbsp Coal – 1 piece (for smoky BBQ flavor, optional) 🔥 Method: 1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger garlic paste, oil and all spices. 2. Add beef cubes, mix well, and marinate for 2–3 hours (overnight if possible). 3 In a pressure cooker, add marinated beef, and stir for 2–3 minutes. 4. Close the lid and cook on medium flame for 15–20 minutes (until beef is tender). 5. Once cooked, dry excess water on high flame, stirring occasionally. 6. For BBQ flavor: Place a hot coal in a small steel bowl, put it inside the cooker, add a few drops of oil/ghee, and cover for 2–3 minutes. 7. Garnish with, onion rings, and coriander. 🍴 Serve with: Raita, chutney, naan, or paratha.
