An N.Sanely Perfect relic is rewarded to you if you have fulfilled the following condition: Break ALL boxes in a given level in a SINGLE LIFE. Needless to say, this trophy will be pretty difficult. There are 38 levels in the game, therefore 38 N.Sanely Perfect Relics to collect. If you were to die in a given level, then you will need to restart. Even if you respawn back at the beginning, you will still need to manually pause and restart the level. Your death counter must be at 0 when you finish a level. Only then along with having every box broken will net you an N.Sanely Perfect Relic at the end of the level. You'll know if you got one via a prompt after finishing the level. Boss fights are NOT needed for an N.Sanely Perfect level, only main platforming levels and Timeline levels. Also, if you so choose, you can do a perfect run on the N. Verted variant of a stage. If you were to get an N.Sanely Perfect Relic on an N. Verted level, then you can move on. There is no N.Sanely Perfect relic for both level variants, so it doesn't matter which variant you decide to go for it. Lastly, it's very important to note that "?" bonus path deaths DO NOT count toward your death counter. With that said, you can attempt those as much as you want. It's only in the main level where your deaths will count and cause you to restart the level.
