Hello everyone, in this video we learn how to make crispy,tasty yet easy to make Paneer Pakora. Ingredients : For the batter : 1) Paneer 250 gms 2) Besan 1 Cup 3) Coriander Chopped 1½ Tbsp 4) Green Chilli Chopped 1 nos 5) Cumin Powder ½ Tsp 6) Red Chili Powder ½ Tsp 7) Salt ( to taste ) 8) Water ½ Cup 9) Baking Soda ( add afterwards as shown in the video ) For Green Chutney : 1) Coriander 1 Cup 2) Mint Leaves ⅛ Cup 3) Green Chili Chopped 1 nos 4) Sev 1 Tbsp 5) Black Salt ¼ Tsp 6) Salt ( to taste ) 7) Lemon Juice 1 Tsp 8) Water 1½ Tbsp 9) Curd 2 Tbsp For Deep Frying : 1) Oil 6 - 10 Tbsp Procedure : 1) Take a mixing bowl and then add all the ingredients for the batter except paneer and mix well. 2) Take a blender jar and add all the ingredients for the Green Chutney except Curd and blend well. 3) Once the Chutney is nicely blended then add curd and mix well. Your Green Chutney is ready! 4) Cut the paneer into sticks. 5) Then at the secret ingredient which is the Baking soda and some water. 6) Heat Oil in a kadhai for deep Frying. 7) Once the oil is hot add the paneer sticks in the hot oil. 8) Fry them until they are nice golden brown and crispy. 9) Your soft n easy Paneer Pakoda are ready. 10) Serve with Green Chutney & Sauce.
