Ingredients Beef Boti boneless 1 kg Channa dal 1/2 cup salt 1 tsp haldi 1 tsp zeera 1 tbsp cinnamon stick 1 big black cardamom 2_3 red button chili 13_14 fresh garlic cloves 10 ginger 1 small piece onion 2 medium Cook meat in a pressure cooker or in a pan with all these ingredients until meat is tender. soak Channa daal for 2_3 hrs and cook with meat or you can also cook it separately in a pan.It should be tender not mashed. Once meat and daal is cooked and tender grind or chopp it in food processor,until everything mixes well. now add more spices. onion 1big chopped yougurt 1 tbsp (put in a strainer so all the water strain from yougurt) green chilli 8_10 chopped coriander chopped fresh ginger chopped 1 tbsp garam masala powder 1 tsp salt as per taste eggs 2 Now mix everything with hands until all the mixture combines well. Make kababs and frezze them,or shallow fry them until brown and crispy.
