Gears of War: Judgement Overrun Mode

Gears of War: Judgement Overrun Mode

I felt like uploading a new video, and I had just re-installed Gears of War: Judgement for my Xbox One thanks to the Backwards Compatibility Program. If you're not familiar with how Overrun mode works, I'll break it down for you. A single match of Overrun consists of two rounds, with each team taking a turn on offense and on defense. The Locust, the attacking team, have to destroy an objective that the COG are attempting to defend. There is a total of three objectives that must be destroyed, with each single destroyed objective forcing the COG to the next line of defense, and the next objective. With each further push the COG's defenses are upgraded, however, the Locust team will use the points they have accumulated to play as more powerful Locust forms. The Locust have a certain amount of time to push each objective, with time being added with each successful push. If the COG can hold an objective for the amount of time allotted, the Hammer of Dawn orbital strike system annihilates the Locust. If the Locust successfully destroy all three objectives the COG are eliminated and the map falls under Locust control.
