Nothing particularly special, just decided to record my playthrough of the game's campaign on Hardened difficulty. I choose Hardened because normal is kind of a joke and because Veteran is typically super annoying trial and error from my experience, dating back to CoD 2 on PC and Xbox 360 through CoD 4 (the best CoD) and then every year after that. Even then, you'll still see me dying a couple of times because I like to poke and prod a lot. This is due to the nature of CoD campaigns, where spawns and friendly AI are dictated by your progress from point A to point B. As you advance, your AI move up and automatically drive back the enemy lines, so I like to keep things moving where I can, even if it gets me killed a couple of times while I try to figure out the best way to move forward. Birds of Prey was alright but it made me want to play BF2. I feel like there was a button I was missing because of the two missile icons on the screen but whatever. I also got blocked on the staircase somewhere in there, which is actually the reason I died. You'll see that it happens twice, but I lived the second time. Bad design for that part. The beginning of Hunted was like everything I hate. Stealing from Dark Knight Rises, stealing from Mission Impossible 3. Once he hits the trees, and gets stuck the game has to tell you what to do 'hit E. just do it." The game's been doing that to me a lot, actually. "Do this, do that, do this next. This is how you proceed." The whole thing's a tutorial and the instruction popups and them shouting directions at you never really ends. You can't really call it a saving grace, but one of the things that makes up for it at least is that some of them have been interesting (especially press Q to dog. I like the tactical element of him drawing attention). The strobe was also pretty cool even though it was jacked from Kickass, which might have taken it from real life I dunno. A similar thing happened with taking cover in the water in the previous vid, it's not something that makes sense until Rorke tells you about it and then you see me make use of it. The stealth death in Hunted was embarrassing but I blame Logan for having short arms. I also increased the recording bitrate so we'll see if the picture gets any clearer
