Episode 14 of MICROWAVE MAGIC✨ a series where I make your favourite desserts at home only in a microwave 🙌🏻 For all the cold coffee lovers out there, this one’s for you! ☕🍰 This 6-minute eggless Cold Coffee Milk Cake is soft, moist, and packed with that bold coffee kick; basically, your iced coffee turned into the most indulgent dessert ever. 🤤✨ Ingredients For the sponge ¾ cup warm milk 2 tsp vinegar 1 + ½ tbsp instant coffee ½ cup castor sugar 5 tbsp sunflower oil 1 cup flour 1 tsp baking powder ½ tsp baking soda For the soak 1 + ½ cup milk ¾ cup condensed milk 1 tbsp instant coffee For the garnish 1 cup whipped cream 1 tbsp cocoa powder 1. Add the warm milk, vinegar & coffee to a bowl. Mix well & let the coffee dissolve. 2. Once the coffee dissolves, add the sugar and sunflower oil to it & mix well. 3. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda & mix to a smooth batter. Do not overmix else the cake will become dense & tough. 4. Transfer to a 7' silicon mould lined with parchment paper & cook in the microwave for 6 minutes on regular heating mode. 5. Let the cake cool & then demould it. Prick a lot of holes in the cake using a skewer. 6. For the soak, mix milk, condensed milk & coffee. Pour the soak on the cake & let it absorb into the cake for 10-15 minutes. 7.
