For I have worked harder than any of the other apostles; yet it was not I but God who was working through me by His grace.” 1 Corinthians 15:10 : Prayer: Dear God Father I come before your throne of grace to pray, thanking you for waking me up today. Thank you for your faithful hand which has carried me throughout the night and blessed me with a new day and a new chance to experience your faithfulness and glory again Lord. With this day I want to offer my heart, my mind and my hands to you. To be the God that works through me in everything that I do. May my efforts today not be from my own might or power but by yours and your Spirit. May your special favour pour into me and follow me throughout the day. Let every encounter I have be an opportunity for your grace and love to reflect and onto your people. May they see your reflection in my face Lord and recognise your presence in the steps you help me take. Even if I feel like my efforts and hard work are going unseen, let there be that one vessel that sees and appreciates what you have called me to do and what you are doing through me. Lord, even if giving up and not giving my all seems like an option today, help me lean on you for strength and guidance to not give up. Please shine your face upon me and may their be good things that come my way, let the blessings and results that come from the work you equip me to do be for your honour and glory. Father, I ask for you to pave a way for my heart and my soul to be blessed with open doors, new roads and opportunities - where my gifts and talents may be used, sharpened and aligned for your Will in my life. I am trusting that the desires of my heart will be fulfilled by you. And I pray for your angelic protection and angelic forces to surround my family and I as we face the events of the day. Be a shield around me Lord, for my body and my spirit and for your Holy Spirit to please comfort and guide me as I journey on into the day. In Jesus Mighty Name I pray.
