Chicken Wings from Where? Who is #BigMikeCertified? My name is Big Mike Esser ("Esser" means "Eater" in German) and I'm on a mission to shine a spotlight on the killer stuff being done by the baddest people on the block. This is Big Mike Certified. I am an  entrepreneur and owner of a small online toy store. I am also an author of both fiction and nonfiction books, a writer who has written reviews and articles for newspapers in Las Vegas, Kingman, a copywriter who has written for over 500 clients like the New York Knicks, Eagle Golf, and Lil Wayne's Trukfit brand. I am college educated with a degree in general studies and a psychology degree in chemical dependency. I have been a school teacher, professional tech trainer, and worked in mental health over the last few decades. I graduated the culinary academy in Las Vegas 25 years ago and worked in casinos like Bally's, Ceasars Palace, and Tropicana and was the head chef at a small Country Inn restaurant for 3 years. I've recorded music, tried comedy, pumped out a script or two...blah, blah, blah. What does all this mean? I guess it means I've been around the block a few times and all of this has led me to where I am today...recording my journey's for all to see. ;) (Oh, and did I mention, I am a huge geek for superheroes, sci-fi, and amusement parks?
