Prep Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 20 mins Total Time: 40 mins Servings: 8–10 cutlets 🧂 Ingredients: Chicken breast – 500g (boiled & shredded) Potatoes – 3 medium (boiled & mashed) Onion – 1 medium (finely chopped) Green chilies – 2 (finely chopped) Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp (chopped) Mint leaves – 1 tbsp (chopped, optional) Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp Red chili flakes – 1 tsp Black pepper – ½ tsp Garam masala – ½ tsp Salt – to taste Lemon juice – 1 tbsp Egg – 1 (for mixing) Bread crumbs – ½ cup (for binding) Egg – 1 (for coating) Bread crumbs – for coating Oil – for shallow frying 🔥 Instructions: Boil and shred the chicken finely (resheydar style). In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, mashed potatoes, chopped onion, green chilies, coriander, mint, and all dry spices. Add ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, and 1 beaten egg. Mix well.
