INGREDIENTS REQUIRED (you can adjust the quantities according to taste & requirements): INGREDIENTS: 150 grams - Ghee (clarified butter) 1 kg - Carrot 700 grams to 1 litre - Milk 150-200 grams - Sugar 1 Table Spoon - Cardamon 150 grams - Kova / Khoya 50 grams - Condensed Milk 50 - 70 grams - Almond 50 - 70 grams - Cashews 1/2 Tea Spoon - Food Color Procedure: 1. Grate the Carrots first with the help of blade 2. Make the powder of Sugar and Cardamon in a blender and keep it ready 3. Heat up the Vessel and add in the carrots and roast it for 5 to 6 mins till the water from the carrots get drained. 4. After water has evaporated, add in Ghee and roast the Carrots in Ghee for another 15 to 20 Minutes. 5. Post roasting the Carrots in Ghee add Milk, Sugar powder and also kova and keep cooking it till the Milk gets evaporated. 6. Once the Milk gets evaporated, you will find Ghee releasing out from the edges of the Vessels. 7. Add in some food color and dry fruits both Almond and Cashews and roast the same for 5 mins. 8.
