One-Pan Creamy Chicken Mushroom Alfredo Pasta Ingredients 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, sliced 8 oz mushrooms, sliced 12 oz fettuccine (or penne) 3 cloves garlic, minced 2 tablespoons olive oil 2 cups chicken broth 1 cup heavy cream ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning Salt and black pepper, to taste Optional garnish fresh parsley or extra Parmesan Instructions Cook the chicken Heat olive oil in a large deep skillet or sauté pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook 4–5 minutes until lightly golden. Remove and set aside. Simmer Reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer 12–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender and sauce thickens. Finish the sauce Return chicken to the pan.
