Alright! I gotta say—I really didn’t vibe with K-Pop Demon Hunters. First off—the pacing and character arcs? Honestly, they felt pretty flat. Look at Zoe and Mira. They’re basically comic relief for most of the film. The movie tells us Zoe’s the hothead and Mira’s the people-pleaser, but it rarely shows it in any meaningful way. And their arcs? Wrapped up way too neatly in the final act. Now let’s talk about Rumi. She’s the lead, so you’d think her story would get the most love. And yeah, it’s better. But still? Underdeveloped. Her half-demon background? Rushed through with blink-and-you-miss-it flashbacks. Instead of really digging into her fear and shame, it’s just... there. And that dynamic with her aunt?
