100 Kettlebells in 30 day Challenge

Join me on my journey to getting fit. I have worked on getting myself healthy on the inside over the last couple of years. Now it is time to match the outside with the inside, so onward and upward we go!!! For 30 days I'm doing 100 swings of the kettlebell I have (mine is 10lbs). Use the weight you can manage comfortably, use the correct form and do it in sets if it is more manageable for you (I do 50 swings take a couple minutes and do the next 50). I am on Day 3 of my challenge and I can tell you that I can feel it in my legs, arms, core, back and butt. I will update every couple days and to check in with those following along.
