Wanna set your favorite song as a ringtone on your iPhone 17? No computer needed, No garageband, superfast way, I got you. Let’s roll. Step one, download a ringtone that’s at least 30 seconds long. You can grab one online—like I did in Safari—or if you already have a full song saved from the internet, just trim it down to 30 seconds using the Voice Memos app. I dropped the tutorial link for that in the video description. Step two, once it’s downloaded, tap that little Download Manager icon and check your recent files. Step three, hit the ringtone file, then tap the Share button down at the bottom right. Step four, in the share sheet, scroll down, tap More, and choose Use as Ringtone. If the file’s too big, you’ll see an error sayin’ “file too large.” Keep it under 30 seconds to fix that. Step five, boom—you’ll land straight in your iPhone’s ringtone settings. Pick it, set it, and you’re good to go. Bonus tip—don’t like it anymore? Just swipe left on that ringtone in settings and delete it for good.
