Subscribe to our channel for instant notifications https://bit.ly/keechuskitchen We are now in FB too / cookwithkeechuskitchen Lets check in to recipe Ingredients 1. 1 large Carrot chopped 2. 6-7 Beans chopped 3. 1 Potato chopped 4. 1 large Onion finely chopped 5. 1 Tomato finely chopped 6. 1 tbsp of Bengal Gram roasted 7. 1 tsp Fennel seeds 8. Salt as required 9. 1 tsp of Ginger garlic paste 10. 1 Bay leaves 11. 2 Cinnamon sticks 12. 4 Cloves 13. 4 Green chilies 14. 1/2 Coconut 15. Few curry and coriander leaves Method 1. In a cooker, add oil and heat it. 2. Sauté the green chilies 3. Grind them to a fine paste and keep them aside. 4. To the same pan, add all the spices and let it sputter. 5. Add the chopped onions and sauté them. 6. Add the chopped tomatoes and sauté them. 7. Add salt and sauté them well. 8. Add in ginger garlic paste. 9. Now add all the veggies and sauté them well. 10. Add the chili paste to it. 11. Add curry leaves to it. 12. Add 3 glasses of water to it. 13. On a high flame, keep them for 6 whistles. 14. By then, add fennel, roasted Bengal gram and coconut and grind them to a fine paste. 15. Once stem gets released, open the cooker. 16. Check the veggies are cooked nice and well. 17. Add the grinded paste to it. 18. Mix them well, add water if you need. 19. Add curry and coriander leaves and let it boil for 2-3 mins. Hotel Style White Kurma is ready to Serve !!!
