This game shows the events leading up to the classic GTA Vice City (2002) I definitely believe this game did not get the credit it deserved, it also featured a decent soundtrack as well. I'm playing this with the PS2 emulator "PCSX2" just like the GTA Liberty City Stories series I just finished. Hope you enjoy!
