Punjabi Kadhi Pakoda/ Kadhi Pakora/Easy and Delicious Kadhi Pakoda Recipe

Punjabi Kadhi Pakoda Punjabi Kadhi Pakoda is a favourite meal in every Punjabi household. Served with steamed rice it proves to be a healthy ,light and nutritious meal. Ingredients:- For the pakodas:- 1 cup Besan/Gram flour ¼th cup chopped Cauliflower ¼th chopped Onion ½tbsp grated Ginger 1 tsp chopped Ginger Garlic 3 tbsp chopped Pudina 1/4th cup chopped Coriander Leaves ½ tsp Turmeric Powder 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp Coriander Powder Water 1 tsp Salt Mix all the ingredients together to form a thick batter. Fry the Pakodas on medium heat till golden brown. Keep aside. Ingredients for the Kadhi:- 400 gms Dahi 2 tbsp Besan/Gram flour Whisk together and keep aside 3 tbsp oil ½ tsp Mustard Seeds ½ tsp Jeera Seeds ½ tsp Methi Seeds 1 Green Chilli 15-20 Kadhipatta/Curry Leaves ½ cup chopped Onions 1 tbsp grated Ginger 2 tbsp chopped Mint/Pudina Leaves 1 tsp Turmeric/Haldi Powder 1 tsp Red Chilly Powder 2 tsp Coriander/Dhania Powder Salt to taste Besan and Curd mixture(already prepared earlier) Chopped Coriander Leaves Heat oil and add mustard Seeds. When Mustard/Rai Seeds crackle add Jeera ,Methi Seeds ,Hing, Kadhipatta and saute for a few seconds. Next add the Onions and saute till light brown. Now add grated ginger and stir for a few seconds. Add the dry spices and salt. Saute for 10-15 seconds and the Besan and Curd mixture. Boil for 10 minutes. Now add the chopped Coriander Leaves and the Pakodas. Boil for 5 minutes. Punjabi Kadhi Pakoda is ready. Serve hot with steamed rice.
