Download 4DDiG Partition Manager, launch the tool and connect a new SSD. Step 2. Choose "Clone Disk" and manually select the connected SSD as the target disk. Step 3. Confirm your selection and click "Start" to begin the cloning process. It may take a while, depending on data size. Step 4. Once the cloning is complete, move to the solutions. Method 1: Disconnect All External Devices Disconnect external devices like hard drives, USB devices, and SD cards. Restart your PC, insert your Windows installation media, and proceed with the installation. Method 2: Create New Partition Using Dispart Diskpart is a command-line utility that allows you to manage disk partitions. You can use it to resolve issues related to partitioning during Windows installation. 1. Insert the installation media (USB/DVD) and start Windows installation. 2. When the "We couldn't create a new partition" error appears, press Shift+F10 to open the command prompt. 3. Now type “list disk” and hit enter. All available disk will be displayed. Select your desired boot up disk using “select disk 1” command and press enter. Be sure to replace 0 with a number that matches your hard drive. 3. Now, type “list partition” and it will display all the partition available in your system. 4.Select the partition where you want to install Windows by typing “select partition 1”. Again, remember to replace 1 with the number that matches your partition. Then hit enter. 5. Type “active” and press enter. 6. Finally, type “exit” and press Enter to exit the command prompt. Method 4: Check and correct BIOS/UEFI Boot Order An incorrect boot order could also mislead your computer to boot from a hard drive, then it will display such types of error. So make sure your system hard drive is in the first place of the boot order. You can change boot order using BIOS menu. 1.Restart your computer and press a specific key such as Delete, F2, F10 to enter BIOS setup. 2.Access the “Boot” tab using the right arrow keys on your keyboard. And move your system hard drive to the top of the boot order list. 3.Make sure to save that updated BIOS setting using F10 key and simply restart your system.
