There is also a non-frenzied puppet, Polendina who works as a clerk and serves Antonia. Antonia is visibly suffering from petrification disease, a disease that started to spread even more rapidly around the time of the Puppet Frenzy. P is tasked with saving Geppetto, who was last seen in Elysion Boulevard, a street on the other side of the Hotel Krat. After exploring, P comes across Geppetto hiding out in a caravan being harassed by Mad Donkey, a stalker (an in-universe mercenary), angry at him for creating the puppets that caused so much havoc. P has to duel and kill Mad Donkey to save Geppetto, who thanks P happy to see him functional, but soon tasks him with taking out the Scrapped Watchman, a massive puppet terrorizing City Hall. PLOT: Lies of P tells a dark, twisted reimagining of Pinocchio's story within the fictional city of Krat, a once-thriving metropolis now ravaged by a plague and puppet frenzy. Players take on the role of P, a puppet brought to life by the enigmatic Geppetto, and must navigate the dangerous streets, fight monstrous puppets, and unravel the secrets of Krat while trying to find Geppetto and stop the chaos. The core of the plot revolves around the choice between truth and lies, as P must decide how to interact with the city's inhabitants and face the consequences of his actions.
