Amen. == Prayer to Our Lady of Hope Dearest Lady of Hope, our gentle Mother, when my strength is gone and I see no way forward, I run to your Immaculate Heart, trusting that you who brought hope to the couple at Cana when all their joy seemed to fail, will take compassion on me and bring me hope. Even when it was not yet time for your Son, Jesus to perform miracles, He was moved with compassion because you were compassionate. Dearest mother, see to it that my wine which has finished will be renewed, sweeter, richer, better and more abundant. Speak to Jesus for me as I place my intentions in your immaculate heart…. You who never lost hope as your Son walked the road of suffering, died, and rose in glory, You followed him to Calvary, you held Him in your hands, you believed, that He was the saviour and He will save mankind. You held hope with the disciples for his resurrection and the gift of the Holy Spirit. May I hold on to this hope. Teach me to believe that God is at work in my life even in the darkest hour. You who have brought hope through your many apparitions across the ages, draw near to me now, drive away despair, and obtain for me the grace to hope against all hope. Mother, whisper my fears and tears to the Heart of Jesus, that He may open a path where there seems to be none and turn my sorrow into deeper trust. O Mary, my Mother and my Hope, do not let me be overcome, but lead me, step by step, into the light of God’s mercy and the joy of His perfect will. Amen.
