The show started streaming in March 2015, partway through the cast's first campaign. "Campaign One" ran for 115 episodes, and ended in October 2017. The cast started playing "Campaign Two" in January 2018, which is still ongoing as of May 2020. Disconnected The Mighty Nein A number of one-shots were aired in the hiatus between the two campaigns. The series is broadcast live on Thursdays at 19:00 PT on the Critical Role Twitch channel, with the video on demand (VOD) Montage being available to Twitch subscribers immediately after the broadcast.
