From sinθ, find cosθ and tanθ using a right-angled triangle #boardexam #maths #trigonometry #tutor

In this video, I start with a given trigonometric ratio, sinθ = 5/13, and show how to find cosθ and tanθ step by step using the geometry of a right-angled triangle. Instead of memorising formulas, we first identify the opposite side and hypotenuse from the given sine ratio. Using the Pythagoras theorem, the adjacent side is calculated carefully. Once all three sides of the triangle are known, cosθ and tanθ are written directly using their definitions: adjacent/hypotenuse and opposite/adjacent. This approach helps you clearly understand how trigonometric ratios are connected and how to solve such questions confidently in exams without confusion. If you want to see how sine, cosine and tangent values for standard angles (30°, 45°, 60°, 90°) are derived from triangles, check out the related reels in this playlist.
