MUGEN |\/| Retsu (me) VS Heihachi Mishima

Eh, not much to comment about this one. Retsu is from RagingRowen's Street Fighter All-Stars project, a small project with a small roster (not a complaint, mind you, since its one person making it, a small roster IS the best choice), and not many chars in that roster interested me, except for Retsu, since this is pretty much the first good version of him for MUGEN, as its edited by Rowen to fit the project, seriously, nobody makes good versions of SF1 characters... I mean, they do make good versions of Ryu, Ken, Gen, Birdie, Eagle, Adon and Sagat, but thats because those guys showed up in other games after SF1. Also, side note: this Retsu actually has a lvl 3 super, but its one of those that you have to press buttons at the right time to combo after getting the first hit and no way in hell I'm gonna do that one.
