Ulta Beauty Theft
On February 1st, 2018 an unknown female stole $296 worth of cosmetics and fragrances from the Ulta Beauty store on West Lane Ave. The suspect is a female, mid-30’s, with dark shoulder length hair, and wears eyeglasses. She was wearing a black "PINK" sweatshirt, black pants, and brown shoes.
