Turkish Airlines has built a reputation as one of the world's best airlines, winning countless awards for its service, food and onboard experience. So when I boarded their Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner from Hong Kong to Istanbul, I was expecting one of the best long-haul Economy Class flights I'd ever taken. Unfortunately, it didn't quite live up to the hype. In this review, I take you through the entire experience, from Hong Kong International Airport, boarding, the Economy Class cabin, seat comfort, legroom, meals, entertainment, service and the overall flight to Istanbul.
