🧄🍋Creamy Lemon Garlic Salmon Ingredients For the Salmon: 12 oz Atlantic salmon 1 tbsp avocado oil 1/2 tsp paprika 1/4 tsp garlic powder 1/8 tsp salt 1/8 tsp dried parsley A pinch of black pepper For the Creamy Sauce: 2 tbsp unsalted butter 1/4 cup onion, chopped 3 large garlic cloves, minced Juice of 1 lemon 1/2 cup heavy cream 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese 1/2 tsp paprika 1/4 tsp salt (or to taste) A pinch of black pepper For Garnish: Freshly chopped parsley Lemon slices Instructions 1. Marinate the Salmon: Pat the salmon fillets very dry with a paper towel. In a bowl, toss them with the avocado oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, dried parsley, and pepper.
