It is a heavy bird, and one of the very few parrots that cannot support their flight. It has a downward bill, classic green-yellow colours, and curious eyes. 2. Stresemann’s Bristlefront One of the most colourful and bright birds is the Stresemann’s bristlefront. It has an all blue colour pattern on its body, from light blue to darker shades, and it is an adorable little bird, but also rare to spot as it is endangered. 3. Philippine eagle Popular as one of the rarest eagles in the world is the Philippine eagle. It is also rather strange-looking and has a ‘confused’ expression on its face all the time. 4.
