Guava leaves are rich in vitamin B2 which helps repair the cells and tissues in your body. This can also be beneficial for those who are looking for better skin, or healthier nails. When you include guava leaves in your regular hair care regimen, you can see a fuller head of stronger hair. Doing so will also prevent the hair from falling out. In order to reap the full benefits that guava has to offer, all you need to do is boil a handful of guava leaves in a liter of water for about 20 minutes. At that time, set it aside to cool down to room temperature, before straining the water. Before applying the leaves, you must ensure that your hair is product free, so it might be best to use after showering. When the water is at room temperature, apply it onto your hair from roots to tip, and then massaging into your scalp.
