Aaj lekar aaye hain ek royal twist – Saffron Mango Stuffed Kulfi! Isme hai aam ki mithaas, kesar ka swaad aur ek thanda naya andaaz jo sabka dil jeet lega! Ingredients: 3 Mangoes (medium size) For the Kulfi: 1.5 litres Milk 2-3 tbsp Sugar or Jaggery 2-3 pods of cardamom, powdered 1/4 cup dry fruits (walnuts, pistachio, almonds) - Optional Method: 1. Heat milk in a pan, bring to a boil, add cardamom, chopped dry fruits, sugar and mix well 2. Let the milk simmer on a low heat till it reduces to 1/3 and thickens. Let this cool down completely 3. Scoop out the mangoes as shown in the video. First, cut the top of the mango, then use a knife to cut along the seed to loosen the same. Use a tong to twist the seed and pull it out. 4. Do this carefully so that you do not cut your hand or cut the skin of the mango 5. Place these mangoes in a glass or bowl so that it holds up straight 6. Pour the cooled-down kulfi into the mango and then refrigerate for 4-5 hours or overnight 7.
