We invite you to subscribe to our channel 👉 https://bit.ly/2D94GOq 👈 A reading from the Holy Gospel according to Mark (6:1-6): Jesus went to his hometown with his disciples. When the Sabbath came, he began to teach in the synagogue. The crowds who heard him were amazed and asked, "Where does he get all this? What wisdom is this that he has been taught? And these miracles from his hands? Isn't this the carpenter, the son of Mary, the brother of James and Joseph and Judas and Simon? And don't his sisters live here with us?" And this seemed to them to be scandalous. Jesus said to them, "A prophet is not despised except in his own hometown, among his own relatives, and in his own house." He could not perform any miracles there, except that he healed some sick people by laying his hands on them. And he was amazed at their lack of faith. And he went about the surrounding villages teaching.
