Megaman X 3 Zero hack

Basicly lets me use zero anywhere anytime, sometimes with cool color glitches. its going fast because hypercam is a little what the heck and i have to set it all up and im still just getting used to it, but i think its clear whats going on. Fyi. Don't comment how bad I played. The emu was running at spazzy speeds as you can PLAINLY see. (Yes, I didn't just make the movie fast forward. I was actually playing at that speed.)
