Pani Wala Kulcha I #Shorts I Pankaj Bhadouria This super stuffed paneer kulcha is not made in any tandoor or oven but steamed in water! And that is why I have named it the Pani Wala Kulcha! Cooking in steam gives the kulcha a soft chewy texture inside while the finishing over the tawa keeps it crisp on the outside! Check out the recipe now! Recipe : Pani wale Kulche Preparation time: 20 minutes + resting time Cooking time: 3-4 minutes per kulcha Serves: 3-4 IngredientsL 2 cups flour 1/2 tsp salt 2 tbsp oil 1 tsp baking powder 4 tbsp yoghurt water as required For stuffing: 1/2 cup boiled mashed potatoes 200g paneer 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves 2 tbsp chopped ginger 2 tsp chopped green chillies 1 tsp roasted cumin 1 tsp crushed coriander seeds salt to taste 1 tsp red chili powder ghee as required Method: Add the salt, yoghurt, baking powder, yoghurt and little water at a tiem to make a slack dough. add 2 tbsp oil and knead well. Rest the dough for an hour. Mix all the ingredients for the stuffing. Divide the dough and the stuffing into 8 equal parts Stuff each dough ball with the stuffing and seal. roll out to an oblong shape. Brush the top of the kulcha with water and sprinkle nigella seeds and chopped coriander leaves. Heat the tawa. add 1/4 cup water over it. quickly place the kulcha over it and cover immediately. allow the kulcha to cook till the water evaporates and the underside is golden. apply ghee over the kulcha, flip and cook till briown specs over it. serve hot. #kulcha #paneerkulcha #pankajbhadouria #recipe #recipes #food
