Boss RC-2 Loop Station Demo

Boss RC-2 Loop Station Demo

This is just a demo of the RC-2 Loop pedal that I recently purchased from Guitar Center. Just a simple little ditty for visual explanation for someone who asked. Sorry about the camera quality, but i guess it was the lack of lighting in the room. What a loop pedal does is that it records everything you play and loops it over itself. To start recording, you press the pedal and begin to play. In the video, I am using the "Auto" setting, which begins recording when I start to play. Once you are done, you press the pedal again to stop that phrase of recording. Playback of that phrase begins automatically. This is where the "loop" part comes in. You can continue overdubbing, or layering, over your original phrase by pressing the pedal. Pressing it twice stops all playback. Holding the pedal down erases the last recorded 'layer'. Or you can delete the whole thing and start over. I'm still fiddling around with it and learning new things. Below is a link to Guitar Center's site for more information. Or you can search YouTube for more examples, or just ask Google! This pedal allows for an endless combinations. When you're either creating a new piece, practicing your riffs or leads, or just jamming on your own, this pedal is great. It has many different drum patterns already in it's memory for accompaniment and tempo selections for each one. Guitar Center's Boss RC-2 Loop Station: http://www.guitarcenter.com/Boss-RC-2...
